Doug Chasick, CPM®, universally known throughout the multifamily housing industry as "That Fair Housing Guy™," brings over 46 years of real-world property management, leasing, and compliance experience to Fair Housing Express. Doug’s journey began on the front lines as a resident manager of a 524-unit apartment community and culminated in serving as President and CEO of five major real estate companies managing more than 28,000 apartment units.
A Senior Instructor on the National Apartment Association Education Institute (NAAEI) faculty and former President of the Fair Housing Institute, Doug has educated over 100,000 housing professionals, attorneys, and association leaders nationwide. He is also the co-author of “Fair Housing and Beyond” (published by IREM & NAAEI) and frequently serves as an expert witness in fair housing litigation.
