Marci French

Marci French

Marci French is a lifelong learner born into Generation X as a biracial unifier and JEDI (Justice, Equity, Diversity, and Inclusion) facilitator.

She is a Senior Faculty Member of the National Apartment Association Education Institute where she utilizes her more than 25 years of multifamily experience to lead, coach, and mentor those in the industry. 

Utilizing her unique story, Marci facilitates tough conversations and creates safe spaces for participants to explore identities, practice empathy, and consider new ideas.

Marci earned her Certified Apartment Manager (CAM) and Certified Apartment Portfolio Supervisor (CAPS) designations from the National Apartment Association (NAA). She holds a certificate in Diversity, Equity and Inclusion in the Workplace from the University of South Florida and is a 2015 graduate of the NAA Leadership Lyceum. Marci currently serves as a member of the NAAEI Curriculum Development Committee and is the prior Chair of the Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion Committee for NAA.

Doug Chasick

Doug Chasick

Doug Chasick, “That Fair Housing Guy”, and former President of The Fair Housing Institute, has more than 50 years of hands-on, supervisory, and executive experience in the retail and commercial property sector. As the President or CEO of five real estate companies, he has been responsible for the successful operation of portfolios of over 28,000 apartments, and more than 8 million square feet of commercial, retail and industrial properties. His ability to connect with and inspire people has resulted in the growth and success of thousands of former staff members and students.

A member of the Institute of Real Estate Management (IREM) National Faculty for eight years, he is a Senior Instructor member of the National Apartment Association Education Institute (NAAEI) Faculty and leads both the Advanced Facilitator Training and Virtual Facilitator Training workshops in addition to serving as a Subject Matter Expert in Fair Housing, Leadership and Talent Development. 

Doug is co-author of the books “Outstanding Facilitation Techniques”, “The Apartment All Stars Complete Guide to Leasing Apartments” and “How to Excel in Leasing”, and a co-author of the NAAEI/IREM Course FHS201, “Fair Housing and Beyond”. A licensed Real Estate Broker in Florida, he is also a licensed Expert Fair Housing Instructor in the Commonwealth of Virginia and the recipient of the NAAEI Apartment Career & Education (ACE) award.

Rebecca Rosario

Rebecca Rosario

Rebecca Rosario has over 30 years of experience working to transform employees and organizations including residential property management and sales organizations. Her work includes REITS, management companies, apartment associations, The National Apartment Association Education Institute, and more. 

Rebecca has earned multiple training certifications for talent development along with her certified apartment leasing professional (CALP) and Certified Apartment Manager (CAM) credentials. She is a NAAEI AIT graduate and faculty member. Rebecca founded Full House Marketing and Staffing of North Carolina in 2000, a full-service multifamily marketing, staffing and training company, co-founded PMManuals.com, and is an ApartMentor ©.

Charlotte Pisciotta

Charlotte Pisciotta's 20+ year career in hospitality and multifamily has spanned from a Front Desk associate to National Director of Marketing and now Vice President of Full House Marketing, a niche company that supports multifamily housing through training, marketing, consulting, and staffing.

Charlotte presents training programs ranging from sales to leadership throughout the country and is faculty of the National Apartment Association’s Education Institute.

It's her expertise, knowledge, and energy that she brings to every training that creates a unique experience for her audience. Charlotte holds a certification in Creative Training Techniques.

Leah Brewer

Leah Brewer

Leah Brewer is a visionary and entrepreneur, founding a niche staffing, marketing and training company in 1995 then partnering on 3 more start-ups over the past 15 years.

She presents timely topics to trade associations and private organizations at over 50 engagements each year. Leah has earned several designations and is certified as a Master Trainer, Curriculum Designer and LEGO® Serious Play® Facilitator.

Her humor, passionate presentations and learning activities inspire attendees to learn, believe, retain and implement successful new ideas. She lives outside Ann Arbor, MI with her husband, Kevin.
